So here we go!
Not only does October 1st mark the opening of bow season here in western NY but this year it also marks the start of a new chapter for our family.
I'm extremely excited to announce that I am now the very proud owner of Keiffer Southtown Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning in Hamburg, NY! It's been a long time coming and a very wild road but here we are!

Effective immediately customers of Southtowns Plumbing Heating will enjoy the benefits of faster service, $0 down financing, quicker response times, improved product options etc...

Keiffers has been a staple in our community for over 70 years with their great reputation for honest and fair service.
Keiffers was started in 1950 by Jack Keiffer, a good ol' boy from Mississippi, and has been in the Keiffer family ever since. Jack handed down the family business to his son Wayne and daughter Jackie, together they have grown it by leaps and bounds into the corporation that I am acquiring today. Although retiring, both Wayne and Jackie will remain embedded in the business through its transition to help ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for the new good ol' boy to take over.

My relationship with Keiffers began in 2006 when I worked as a plumbing and heating service technician. And although I have held other positions at other companies over the years we have always maintained an excellent business and personal relationship.


I'll be assisted by my son and right hand man James Sprecker in the office. Just as I'm sure Jack did long ago, my dream is to leave a legacy for my great grand kids to enjoy and be proud of. James shares that vision of the future with me and will bust his tail to make it happen. At some point when their situations allow Dan and Delaney will also join in the family business.
I feel very blessed to have been given this opportunity.
Well worth missing the opening day of bow season!🦌
