This site required removing approximately 1,800 yards of unsuitable muck before we could even begin building the pad. Once the bad material was gone, we imported and placed roughly 2,300 yards of material to build the house pad up to grade.
Total turnaround time: just 3 days.
No shortcuts. No building over problems. No leaving surprises for the homeowner down the road.
While others are still scheduling trucks, we’re handing the site back ready for the next phase.
