Every detail in this home began with a conversation around how it would feel, how it would function, how it would be lived in. From the foyer to the living space, our client envisioned uninterrupted arches and drapery that would disappear when not in use.

Because we planned early alongside our architect, project manager, and drapery specialist—we were able to design a custom recessed pocket that allows the drapes to flow seamlessly behind the architecture, completely out of sight.

Where my dog lovers at? We are loving this room.
Your 4-legged companion deserves the Royal treatment and this room is made for just that. 2- 100 lb dogs will have their own dedicated room with an automatic motion sensor door to let them in and out.

Before drywall ever goes up, we walk through the home with our trades to map out important elements—like HVAC registers—so they land exactly where they should. With detailed ceilings and wallpaper throughout this home, every placement matters.

By bringing the designer, project manager, and trades together early, we make sure everyone is aligned and the final result is exactly what the client envisioned

Ever wonder what “electrical planning” actually looks like during a custom build?

It’s not just lines on paper.

We walk every client through the home with the electrician — room by room — translating the electrical floor plan into real life. Because what looks simple on paper can feel very different once you’re standing in the space.
We talk through:
• Light switch placement
• What each switch controls
• Outlet locations
• Fixture layout
• How the home will function day to day

Our job is to ask the right questions, think ahead, and make edits along the way so everyone is on the same page.

After these oversized custom doors were installed we were able to begin building the intersecting arches throughout the living room. This step required patience, once doors are set, materials can naturally shift by a quarter to half an inch. Waiting ensured everything was perfectly settled before framing these architectural features.
Precision at this stage means every arch will tie together seamlessly, creating the clean, cohesive look this home was designed for.
