Instantly feel the need for a cup of tea when we look back at these pictures. The most peaceful little space in the whole house. Natural light pouring in, on the cozy little banquette. Makes you want to come in a stay a while.

A pool is one of those decisions that may seem easier to “add later”… but that decision can sometimes create more challenges (and more cost) down the road.

For this project, we worked with the homeowners to move forward with the pool during construction instead of after. We paused framing, brought in the pool company while access to the backyard was still easy, and then we’ll continue the build as planned.

Every project is different, but having these conversations early can help homeowners avoid unexpected costs, delays, and headaches later on.

It was nearly impossible to choose a favorite space in our 2026 Parade Home, but this one deserved its own spotlight.

This powder bath is wrapped floor-to-ceiling in custom latticework, creating a space that feels both timeless and unexpected. From the handcrafted millwork to the intricate mirror surround, every detail was thoughtfully designed and meticulously executed.

A special thank you to our talented carpenter, Joe, who poured countless hours into bringing this vision to life. His attention to detail and dedication to perfection can be seen in every corner of this room. We’re also incredibly grateful to the team at Anthony’s Drywall & Painting, who hand-painted each individual lattice piece before installation, creating a finish that is truly seamless and spectacular.

This powder bath was built entirely from a vision + a reference photo—and somehow turned into something even better than we imagined. Every single detail you see? Hand-cut. Thought through. Executed with precision that you just don’t find every day.
The lattice work, the symmetry, the depth—it’s not just craftsmanship, it’s artistry.
