Thank you to the (Roof Coating Manufacturer's Association) for making "The Normandy Domes + 3rd Floor Classrooms Project" as one of this year’s winners at its annual award ceremony.

A lawn mower on a roof? Yeah, kind of! This is called "scarifying". It cuts off spray foam that's wet or damaged.

Before, in-progress, and after photos of a 69,000 sq. ft. TPO roof in Charlotte, NC. Some deteriorated membrane and wet insulation was removed and replaced. But the majority of the roof was able to be coated without any tear-off. 20-year, renewable warranty granted.

Finished job at the airport in Cleveland. There were some "very large, expensive assets" to avoid overspray on, so a booth was utilized.

18,584 sq. ft. - Spray foam over existing smooth built-up. 10 days to complete. 10-year renewable warranty granted.

We took over a spray foam roof in Sandusky. The roof was out of warranty, so we did an infrared scan, marked the wet areas (see orange paint on one of the photos), removed and replaced only those areas, and then recoated the entire roof.

Client minimized tear-off and got a new 20-year warranty. New gutters that were built in-house we also added on.

Every roof has a story. This is a spray foam roof on a school that we sprayed in the late 1980's. The warranty wasn't renewed, so the roof was neglected for 25+ years after it ended. And it was still in good enough shape to recoat (instead of having to be 100% torn off)

Just completed. Playhouse Square connector roof between parking garage and theatre. Here's one "before" image and a few "after" photos.

When an EPDM roof is in decent shape, a silicone coating system (cores pulled, powerwash, adhesion test, seams reinforced, correct thickness of coating installed, etc.) can be applied with no tear-off…and providing the owner a renewable 20-year warranty.

19,000 square foot spray foam recoat completed in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. Not that it's unique, but an existing internal drain was covered (it was damaged/leaking) and new outside scuppers were installed (to reroute water.) New roof access hatch was installed and integrated seamlessly into roof system. Wet insulation areas removed and replaced (not the entire roof.)

Each roof presents different issues. We're tackling them as cost-effective as possible for our customers.

6,600-square-foot existing spray foam roof recoated in Akron, Ohio.

Due to the roof being well past its warranty period, some of the wet areas needed to be scarified (basically using a lawn mower to remove part of the roof). Here are some before, in-progress, and after photos.

New 20-year warranty granted.
