We are still getting this page off the ground, but wanted to get this going...
We are currently looking for multiple positions in our company. We are growing tremendously and need to bring on some more people. Looking to ADD both Employees and Subcontractors! Here are the following positions: All positions require a valid driver license and clean driving record is preferred.
*Subcontractors:
(2) Trim Crews: Immediate work available. Need to replace a crew and add another. Call, message (text or messenger,) or come by for details. UPDATE: we will continuously be looking for these. As we are so busy we can't get enough. Or for anything unforeseen.
*Employees: 11/07/25 UPDATE*** Still accepting applications, but all "Employee" positions are currently filled. Still looking for Trim Crews.
(1) Shop Guy - hourly pay. DL not required for this position but helpful. This will be at the Lagrange shop. General Shop things such as, loading and unloading material, inventorying materials and shipments. Cleaning. Preparing orders and materials for crews. Potential for growth to an Area Manager (training) is possible through this position.
(2) EXP Area Managers/Supervisors - salary pay. This position requires quite a bit of driving. We do provide vehicles and/or vehicle allowance if needed. Need an understanding of slab, rough, and trim stages of plumbing. This is a basic description of this position. If you have experience, you know what the job entails.
(1) Go-back Guy/Area Manager in Training - hourly pay. This job will also require driving and a vehicle provided or monthly vehicle allowance. Basic understanding of slab, rough, and final plumbing helpful but not a must. Will be learning how to be an Area Manager while being a go-back/punchlist guy. Can sometimes do service work when needed. Walk/Check houses and status updates and etc...
(1) EXP Service & Warranty Technician - hourly pay. This position requires a lot of driving. A vehicle provided. This position requires experience. It involves pretty much anything lol. We service just about any plumbing issue, so anything is possible.
UPDATE: all hourly/salary positions are filled, but still taking applications for when we're ready to add more and/or if the new hire doesn't work out. And still need more trim subs.
