We wanted to share something personal that has impacted our company family this week.

This past weekend, Phillip, a valued member of our team, was involved in a serious car accident along with his girlfriend. We are incredibly grateful they are still here, but they have a long road to recovery ahead.

As they face medical expenses and time away from work, we’re asking our community for support. If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean so much to their family.

We’ve had a few questions about why our monthly pricing stays the same in the winter, so we wanted to share a little behind the scenes perspective.
Our goal has always been to keep our monthly rate as low and consistent as possible. Even during the winter months, our operating costs don’t decrease — we still carry the same payroll, fuel expenses, insurance, and workers’ compensation all year long. In fact, our vehicle and general liability insurance increased by 35% this year.
We’re doing everything we can to avoid raising prices, and keeping a steady monthly rate helps us manage those year round expenses without placing sudden increases on our customers.
We’re also incredibly proud of the team we have. Our guys work extremely hard during the busy season, and maintaining stable, reliable employment for them is important to us. Low turnover means better service, better quality, and familiar faces you can count on.
As a small business, consistency and affordability matter — and so does transparency. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. It means the world to us and to the team that shows up for you every day.
