Daniels Air, Inc. is a family owned company. Prior to founding Daniels Air Conditioning in 1969, Raymond Daniels gained over ten years of experience in the HVAC business working for other leading companies in the DFW area. During these crucial years, Raymond acquired the knowledge and skills needed for the service and installation of air conditioners, heaters and refrigeration units. It was these skills coupled with common sense that quickly put him at the top of his field. The air conditioning industry, then in its infancy, was not a dependable field, but it was because of his honesty, good nature and genuine concern for the customer that he was encouraged to start his own company. It was because of this attitude, many of Raymond’s original customers are still customers today. In fact his first customer from Highland Park is still a proud customer to this day. Raymond’s principles of honesty, sincerity, hard work and fair prices were instilled in each of his sons, Cary, Frank, Roger, and Tracy; those of which are running the company since Raymond’s retirement in 1997. The four of them have done every job since they began in the 80’s helping Raymond on summer breaks and therefore know the industry inside and out. In an ever changing world of technology, government regulations, and advanced and efficient products, they are always learning and moving ahead. While keeping an eye on where it all began, and staying true to Raymond’s approach on how customers should be treated. Today, Raymond lives only minutes from the Daniels Air office and drops by frequently to share a cup of coffee with his sons and the Daniels Air crew. His values and mission are still in practice, since 1969 to the present day. Thanks to Raymond Daniels, good principles are not hard to keep up, they are just a way of life for Daniels Air, Inc.
