Before and after of a pretty kitchen renovation in Lincoln Park with Ratia Construction | Luxury Home Builder in Chicago. The original range wall felt a bit underwhelming so we reimagined the elevation, turning it into a focal point that anchors the entire space.

Powder rooms are the jewel box of the home.

A space where dramatic tile, statement wallpaper, and layered details create a moment your guests won’t forget.

Tell us, do you prefer moody powder rooms or light and airy?

Sometimes the most beautiful design moments start with solving a frustrating problem.

The entry and closet used to be awkwardly narrow, while the bedroom was oversized and lacked a focal point. We reimagined the entire bedroom with a wall of custom cabinetry designed to work for the way the homeowners actually live.

Integrated drawers and hidden storage keep the space calm and uncluttered, while the new closet serves as a beautiful focal point that allowed us to re-orient the bed.

A well-designed workspace does more than look beautiful. It supports how you think, focus, and create.

In this office, rich color, warm wood tones, and intentional lighting create a space that feels both grounding and inspiring. A place designed to make long workdays feel a little more effortless.

Whether it’s a hardworking drop zone or a more architectural moment, we design entryways to support real life while still feeling intentional and connected to the rest of the home.

Three different entrances, three different projects - each designed to create a clear sense of arrival.

Save this for entryway inspiration.
