I have been a Central Florida Resident since 1974. After 35 years of teaching, with 22 years being at University of Central Florida, I decided to use my energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm to become a Realtor. I found that I loved the entire Real Estate process while helping my two sons search, purchase, rehab, and rent income properties. I genuinely like helping people be successful in buying or se

lling their properties. I pride myself in providing additional attention and exceptional service. I am trustworthy, ethical, and hard working. In other words – I am a “Doer” and will work for you and your interests. I am knowledgeable about construction since my husband and I physically built two houses, and I helped my sons rehab at least 10 houses. My husband retired as the Principal of Colonial High School. We are both alumni of UCF (formerly FTU). In addition to teaching, I also coached four sports (basketball, softball, soccer, and volleyball). My sons, Michael and Mark, grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball in Central Florida. I’m often a hunting and fishing widow so I have extra time on my hands. I’m happy that my men have something they enjoy doing outdoors. I love fitness and spend a lot of time working out. I absolutely love football and am thankful for being able to DVR the games to watch later. I was on the first women’s soccer team in Central Florida. I’m still playing competitive tennis. I’m going to be physically active and fight the “aging” process all the way! I attend Northland Community Church. I am also on the Board of ROCK (Reduce Obesity in Central Florida Kids). I am passionate about our children being healthy. Due to that passion, I am the Founder of GeoMotion TV, an online library of over 250 physical activity videos for children from preschool through high school.
