Out with the old, in with the new!

We replaced the homeowners existing, smaller raised deck, with a 12' x 14' deck! The guys are currently working on installing harmony aluminum rails.
Next- Stairs!

To complete it all - - a 500 sq. ft. concrete patio will be added at the bottom of the steps!

We’re getting into the nitty-gritty of this bathroom remodel! There’s a lot more to this specific project than just updating the finishes.
We’re reworking the upstairs bathroom layout to make room for a new, wider staircase from the garage down to the basement.

Right now, it’s all about the messy stuff—tearing things out, opening up walls & moving things around! Demo isn’t always pretty, but it’s where the transformation starts!

Midweek Project Update!

The crew has been working hard and doing a great job working together to keep everything moving forward on this addition!
They’ve been putting in the hours through the heat, humidity, and even some rain! 💪🔨

We also got some great aerial photos of the project that give a different view of just how much has been done and how the addition is coming together with the customers' existing home.
The aerial photos were generously donated to us, and they’re a great way to show the progress from a whole different perspective!

Still, plenty of work ahead, but it’s coming along nicely.
We’ll keep the updates coming as we get closer to the finish line.

Our customer loved having access to their deck from the dining room, but their existing French doors just weren't working well with the room's layout.
We were able to create a solution that's both functional and stylish, by replacing the old double doors with a beautiful new sliding patio door, featuring elegant lattice inserts and classic white door handles.
The new sliding door provides easier access, saves valuable floor space, and still allows for plenty of natural light!
