🦇 This is exactly why a bat warranty matters.

We had already completed the bat exclusion on this home and came back for a follow-up inspection. During that inspection, we discovered the bats had found a completely new entry point hidden behind the siding.

Most companies seal the holes they find and never come back. If bats find another way in, you’re on your own.

At Precision Wildlife Removal, we perform follow-up inspections to verify the bats are actually gone and address new activity if it’s discovered. Bats are experts at finding tiny gaps, which is why a thorough inspection and strong warranty are so important.

If you’re hiring a bat company, don’t just ask what they’re sealing. Ask what happens if the bats find another way in.

📞 Schedule your inspection before a small bat problem becomes a major infestation.

🦝 Meet my good friend Mallory from Marley’s Wildlife Castle.

If you’ve followed Precision Wildlife Removal for any length of time, you’ve probably heard me talk about her before. Mallory runs a nonprofit wildlife rescue that takes in orphaned, displaced, and injured raccoons that often have nowhere else to go.

Over the years, she has helped us with hundreds of raccoons. What most people don’t see are the long nights, the feedings, the medical care, the cleaning, and the endless dedication required to care for these animals.

This raccoon had just come from an attic and broke out of the cage unexpectedly. Without hesitation, Mallory jumped into action and safely secured a scared wild animal with nothing more than her experience, confidence, and compassion.

People like Mallory are rare. She doesn’t do it for recognition. She does it because these animals deserve a second chance.

If you love wildlife and want to support an organization that is truly making a difference, please consider supporting Marley’s Wildlife Castle. ❤️

Meet Francine. 🦝

Francine chewed a hole into this home and decided it was the perfect place to raise her babies.

When we arrived, she was trapped outside while her babies remained in the attic. A lot of people assume the solution is to simply relocate the mother, but that’s not always the best outcome for the animals.

Instead, we released Francine right next to the home.

That night, her maternal instincts kicked in. She found her way back into the attic, gathered every one of her babies, and safely moved them to a new den site.

By the next morning, the attic was empty and the family had relocated together.

At Precision Wildlife Removal, our goal is always to solve wildlife conflicts as humanely as possible while keeping families and animals safe.

🌳 Trees touching or hanging over your roof are more than just a maintenance issue—they’re a wildlife highway.

In this video, you’ll see trees growing directly against the roofline, giving raccoons, squirrels, and other animals easy access to the home. As the inspection continues, we find something even worse: an area of the eave that has been chewed by a raccoon. The damage is so severe the raccoon was actually chewing on the nail itself.

Many homeowners don’t realize wildlife damage often starts with overhanging trees. Once animals gain access to your roof, they can tear apart wood, damage insulation, create entry points into attics, and leave behind costly repairs.

If tree branches are touching your roof, it’s time to take action before wildlife does.

Most homeowners would never guess that birds can create wildlife entry points.

These holes weren’t pecked into the roof. They’re the result of birds landing on the ridge cap year after year. Every time a bird takes off, its tail drags across the shingles, slowly removing granules and wearing down the roofing material.

Eventually, that wear can create openings large enough for water intrusion—and sometimes even wildlife.

This is exactly why we inspect every inch of a roof during our wildlife inspections. Many animal problems start with small defects that go completely unnoticed from the ground.

Have you ever looked at your roof from this angle?

This is a non profit that truly cares about animals. I have personally delivered animals to Jolene multiple times in the middle of the night. Any donations help her take care of the animals!

💚 THE $1 CHALLENGE 💚

We have over 23,000 followers.

What if just a small fraction of those followers came together today?

Here's the challenge:

✅ Donate $1
✅ Share this post if you're willing

The donation is important, but so is the comment.

Tell us:
🦊 Who your favorite fox is and why
❤️ What you love most about our sanctuary
🏡 How you first found Mother of Many Wildlife Rehab and Felix Foundation Fox Sanctuary
🤝 If you're a volunteer, share something meaningful about your experience

When people discover this post, they'll read your comments. They'll see why this work matters. They'll learn about the animals, the impact we're making, and hopefully they'll decide to join in and donate a dollar too.

Right now, donations have been incredibly slow, and it is affecting both our wildlife rehabilitation program and our sanctuary residents.

Every time we take in orphaned or injured wildlife, we commit to providing food, medical care, supplies, and housing. But when donations don't keep up, those expenses start coming out of the same budget that supports our 38 permanent residents. Those residents still need food, heartworm prevention, enrichment, routine care, and the occasional unexpected veterinary visit.

This year alone, we've already helped well over 100 wildlife patients, and that number continues to grow every week. We also answer hundreds of phone calls, messages, and wildlife emergencies from people throughout our community.

What we do matters. It matters to every orphaned squirrel, every injured fox, every baby rabbit, every woodchuck, every animal that comes through our doors needing a second chance.

If just 1,000 people donated $1, it would make an enormous difference. More importantly, if 1,000 people commented, Facebook would show this post to even more people who might decide to help.

So if you're reading this, take the $1 Challenge.

Donate $1. Leave a comment. Tell us your story.

Together, we can make a real difference for wildlife. 🦊❤️

THIS is why spray foam is NOT a wildlife repair.

Another company attempted to keep animals out of this home using spray foam. As you can see, I can literally chip it away with my finger.

If my finger can tear it apart, what do you think a squirrel, raccoon, mouse, or bat can do with teeth and claws?

Wildlife exclusion isn’t about filling holes with foam. It’s about installing proper wildlife-proof materials that animals cannot chew through.

Unfortunately, we see repairs like this all the time. Homeowners pay to “fix” the problem, only to have animals return because the repair was never designed to stop wildlife in the first place.

Would you trust spray foam to keep animals out of your home? Let me know in the comments. 👇

🚨 4:00AM EMERGENCY BAT REMOVAL 🚨

This homeowner woke up in the middle of the night with a BAT crawling on her head while she was sleeping…

Calls like this are exactly why bats inside your home should NEVER be ignored.

When we arrived, the bat was sitting on top of the chimney inside the living space. The homeowner is now going to receive rabies treatment as a precaution due to direct contact while sleeping.

Most people never think it’ll happen to them until it does.

If you hear scratching, chirping, or see bats flying around your home — especially at dusk — get your attic inspected immediately before it becomes a health emergency.

We’re on call 24/7 for emergency wildlife situations across Michigan & Ohio.

10 ultrasonic bat noisemakers… and the bats STILL stayed living in the attic 😳🦇

Now we’re removing contaminated insulation and drywall because the issue was never actually solved. Wildlife problems don’t go away with gadgets from the internet — they need to be professionally excluded the right way before the damage gets worse.

If you’re hearing scratching, chirping, or movement in your attic, don’t wait until it turns into a full restoration project.

BIG homes don’t scare us… but bats definitely love them 🦇🏠

Out in Clarkston, Michigan today getting bats out of another massive home. In this video I’m showing the ridge vent guard system we install to keep wildlife from getting back inside, Tyler hard at work, and somewhere out there my brother Ryan is apparently disappearing into attics removing animals 😂

Bats can squeeze into gaps as small as 3/8 of an inch and ridge vents are one of the most common entry points we see.

If you’re hearing scratching, chirping, or fluttering in your attic space at night, don’t ignore it.
