What started as a simple basement bar with white paneling and open shelving was completely reimagined into a bold, modern entertaining space.

We updated the entire look with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, replacing the dated finishes and instantly warming up the room. The original bar front was transformed with custom shiplap siding, stained in a rich charcoal tone to create depth and character. Behind the bar, the shelving received a dramatic makeover with a deep navy finish, while accent lighting was added to highlight the display area and create the perfect ambiance for hosting friends and family.

To complete the upgrade, we installed a new bar faucet & sink, and added a mounted tv. Finished with updated seating and modern touches throughout, this basement went from ordinary to a true showpiece. The ultimate gathering spot for game days, celebrations, and every day enjoyment!

From weathered cedar to a complete transformation. This golf course deck was sanded all the way down to bare wood and brought back to life with a rich new stain finish. The natural cedar grain really came back out, and the glass rail system keeps those course views wide open.

What a transformation on this room!

Removed the old carpet and wallpaper, repaired and prepped the walls, then brought the original hardwood floors back to life. After sanding, filling, staining, and finishing the floors hidden underneath for years, this space feels completely refreshed while keeping its original character. Moving from an old bedroom to a functional office.

Nothing beats uncovering beautiful hardwood that’s been waiting under carpet all this time.

Wrapped up the siding and trim work on this local flip and it completely changed the look of the home.

Fresh vertical smart siding, crisp white trim, and clean window wraps gave this place a much-needed facelift. The new contrast with the darker door really pulls everything together and adds some serious curb appeal.

Every local passerby and the dog walkers passing by have stopped to compliment how transformative this has been. Especially knowing this property sat vacant for over 12 years.
