Is Proud to share the completion of a historic restoration project in downtown Lake Worth, FL.

This project focused on preserving the home’s original character while making thoughtful, long-term upgrades to protect it for years to come. Our scope of work included:

• New roof installation
• Electrical relocated and installed underground
• Rear shed rebuilt with an expanded roof to properly cover the rear entry
• Custom shed doors hand-built onsite to blend seamlessly with the historic motif
• Full exterior cleaning
• Repair of all stucco cracks
• Complete sealing of all windows and doors
• Two coats of elastomeric paint applied to enhance waterproofing
• New handrails installed at the rear
• Fence reconfigured around the guest house

Restoring historic homes requires patience, craftsmanship, and respect for the original design. We are proud to have been entrusted with this project and grateful for the opportunity to help preserve a piece of Lake Worth’s history.

Exciting Project Alert!

Today marks demolition day at our newest project in Stonebridge, Boca Raton, FL!
We’re starting a full 3,800 sq. ft. home remodel — removing walls, reconfiguring the entire layout, and transforming this house from the floors to the ceilings.

When it’s done, every inch will be brand new — modern, functional, and built to perfection.
