A dry season can really put a lawn to the test here in Lakeland.

This property needed steady care through months of changing weather, with regular treatments for w**ds, insects, and disease. We focused on timing water and mowing cycles, plus careful use of fertilizer and pest control to help the grass fill in and outcompete problem spots. The results are easy to see—thicker, greener turf and healthier landscape plants as the months went by.

A patchy lawn can be tough to bounce back from, especially after a stretch of dry weather. We saw plenty of stressed spots and thinning grass at this property in Lake Alfred, but our regular treatments and careful timing made a real difference.

Through the months, we applied fertilizer, w**d, and insect controls, then shared watering and mowing tips with the homeowner. The improvement is clear—lush growth is back, and those brown patches have almost disappeared. Even the trickiest areas are filling in nicely!

Summer can present challenges for lawns, and we are pleased to share how we revitalized a property in Lakeland that was experiencing heat stress and mower damage.

We implemented a comprehensive treatment plan that included a complete granular fertilizer along with broad-spectrum insect and disease control, specifically formulated to promote recovery as temperatures rise. Our approach fosters new growth while effectively managing both grassy and broadleaf w**ds, which are expected to begin yellowing and diminishing within a few weeks. It is important to maintain regular mowing at a height of no less than 4 inches and to water twice weekly to ensure your turf remains robust, particularly as September ushers in drier conditions.

Should you have any inquiries regarding the maintenance of a healthy lawn throughout the seasons, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to assist you with a smile!

Dry spells can really put your lawn to the test! This month in Lakeland, we noticed the St. Augustine grass starting to spread and fill in some of those thinning spots, especially where the family dog loves to hang out.

We went ahead and applied a complete liquid fertilizer along with some w**d, insect, and disease control to give the turf a boost as the temps rise. Plus, we checked and treated all the landscape plants to keep them healthy this season. To help your lawn fill in and stay nice and green, we suggest watering twice a week and mowing at least every other week at a height of about 4 inches.

It’s awesome to see progress each month—it really shows how small changes can make a big difference!

Sometimes the toughest lawns to recover are the ones that have had uneven mowing and stress from being cut too low. That was the challenge we faced here in Wesley Chapel.

We noticed hot spots, some patchy areas in the back, and extra wear from foot traffic and pets. Our service included a complete liquid fertilizer and broad-spectrum w**d, insect, and disease control. We carefully avoided areas with ongoing work and focused on helping stressed turf bounce back.

The lawn is now looking much healthier, and we're seeing steady improvement. Keeping a steady watering schedule and mowing at the right height will keep this recovery on track.

Summer heat in Lakeland means lawns can quickly get stressed, but a timely application makes a difference. We treated this lakeside property with a complete liquid spray to control insects, disease, and w**ds, setting the stage for strong growth all September.

St. Augustine grass here benefits from mowing at 4 inches and leaving clippings behind to return nutrients. We also recommend watering twice a week, paying extra attention to the sunniest spots to help the lawn handle the season’s heat.

With the right care and targeted treatments, lawns can stay green and healthy through summer. Have questions about your landscape? Reach out anytime.

Even the healthiest lawns can show signs of stress during the hottest months. On this visit in Wesley Chapel, we noticed a pale lawn and patches of dry grass that needed extra attention.

We applied a monthly treatment to target w**ds, insects, and lawn diseases, all while encouraging thicker, greener growth. Our service specifically helps control pests like chinch bugs and sedge, which can be tough on Florida lawns. For best results, we recommend watering twice a week (especially in sunny spots) and mowing at least 4 inches high to let thin areas fill in.

If you ever spot dry or thinning patches, a little patience and the right care can make a big difference. Reach out anytime with questions about your yard’s needs!

Florida summers bring a lot of rain, but they also wake up w**ds, mushrooms, and pests. We just finished a full round of fertilization and broad-spectrum w**d and insect control for this Zephyrhills property. Our focus was on keeping St. Augustine grass strong, stopping fire ants, and helping brown patches recover.

We recommend mowing at a 4-inch height to protect the grass runners, watering twice a week, and adding topsoil to bare spots for better growth. It’s best to wait about 90 minutes after treatment before letting pets or kids outside. If you have questions about your own yard, we’re always here to help!
