Dry well installation explained!💧

This 3’x3’x3’ dry well is lined with filter fabric and backfilled with 3/4” drainage rock to help stormwater naturally percolate back into the soil. A simple but effective solution for managing excess water and keeping it away from your home’s foundation.👌🏼
There are other methods we use as well depending on every homeowners needs.🤝🏼

New front yard transformation underway in Fullerton!🤩🌴

We’re installing a new paver step stone walkway, paver borders, artificial turf, drought friendly planting, a drip irrigation system, and decorative rock to bring it all together. 💧🌱

Always make sure to seal your natural wood!🌳🪵
We just wrapped up this custom IPE fence and finished it off with IPE oil sealer to help protect the wood and extend its litespan.💪🏽
One thing we always tell clients to set expectations is : natural wood is beautiful, but it does require maintenance. To keep that rich IPE look, plan on sanding and reapplying oil every 1-1.5 years.✨

✨ Yorba Linda Final Reveal ✨

What a transformation! This project included:

✔️ 2,400 SF of new concrete installation
✔️ 2,700 SF of new Marathon 1 sod and New irrigation system throughout the property
✔️ 60 LF of Orco mortarless retaining wall with drainage behind the wall
✔️ 250 LF of 3” drainage pipe directing water safely to the street
✔️ New front and backyard planting with drip irrigation
✔️ Decorative Del Rio rock to complete the look
