A little deck refurbishment project this early fall!

This started out with some power washing and rotted deck board replacements as needed. Overall this deck was in very good shape. So I applied a product called Deck Correct (Can be purchased at Lowes and tinted to many color choices) in the color "Spanish Moss" to the new and existing deck wood surfaces. This product is thick and has a anti skid material in it unlike ordinary deck coatings which makes a difference in wet traction after rain. I then removed the exterior mounted wooden railing. I installed all new posts inward of the rim joists to accommodate composite/pvc railings to the full open perimeter. Giving one gate for access. What a difference!

Sometimes there’s wasted space in a house. In this case it can be utilized behind a large painting, under a central open staircase, adding an extra 18 cubic feet of storage to the household! What was once just flat drywall and dead space is now serving a new purpose.

PVC is the way to go, and the neighbors loved it so much that they took a card for some home renovations. 👍😎

Another bathroom finished!

This one was already gutted before I started so there wasn't much to compare before and after with. This shower was built with marble appearing, gloss finished ceramic tile, with a fiberglass shower base. The same tile was used again for the bathroom floor. A 24" vanity was built into a tight location and turned out well. American Standard elongated chair height toilet for the throne and matte black fixtures and touches to finish off this project.

9 sets of custom replica shutters made by yours truly. Simple basic design and will last many years to come. Wasn't much left of the originals. Some im surprised a light breeze didn't blow them off for what little effort it took to remove them.

Finished kitchen renovation!

Updated to modern taller 39" wall cabinets which adds another shelf in comparison for more storage, along with new base cabinets, beautiful quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. I removed the closet style pantry for a more favorable cabinet style to go with the flow of secondary gray cabinets into the dinning room. A solid cherry wood server top and floating shelves to match, and new chandelier. Final touch was a wall paint color change to finish off this renovation.

Lots of challenges along the way with this project but was well worth it for the end result!

Need a kit assembled like a Gazebo, Pergola, Furniture etc. I do that too... This was finished in less then a day.

Multi-month full remodels to to basic "Handyman" jobs that take an hour. I don't discriminate.
