Damascus optic plate for RMR is coming along well. A few minor adjustments in programming but happy with tool try. I had to do a quick etching just to see those amazing grains. Still working out the methods for etching and sealing of the metal. Next parts will be the front sight and maybe a magwell.

Back on another Damascus part. This is an optic plate for mounting RMR size red dot on a slide. I have 2 government 9mm that they are going on. Should be done in a week. I can't wait for the acids to really show off this beautiful part.

I am excited to share an update on the new Damascus builds we are working on. The material is absolutely gorgeous truly one of one. We just made a few new patterns in the steal. I can wait to see it finished. We are in the process of adding even more Damascus components like grip safety and slide catch.

On the build pictured, I am adding a Damascus front sight, optic mount, and magwell. We are also developing several finishing options, including various PVD techniques. The black on black finish will be amazing.

We plan to offer these builds in 5", 4.25", and 3.5" lengths, chambered in either 9mm or .45 ACP. If you're looking for a one of one custom Double stack please let me know.

Stainless 1911 frames are back in stock. We have two fram options smooth grip and checked grip with 25 LPI. Barrel seat options are GI and Para ramped. These two frames are by far our top sellers. Don't wait too long.

Back working with Damascus again today. These are some new trigger pads for 2011 and 1911 triggers. Trigger pad is a mixture of 1095 with 15n20.Trigger bow is fully cnc machined out of stainless with a screw on pad for adjusting length of pull. The tiger stripped and tear drop material should give them an amazing look.

Back from shot show and already back at it. Our most popular Government 4140 carbon steel frames are finished. Frames have a 25LPI checked grip with an un cut frame tang. Frames are available with GI and Para ramped barrel seat.

After 20 plus years of coming to the SHOT show having my 1st gun on display is really awesome. I can't thank my team enough for getting this bad boy finished..The Damascus frame turned out amazing. With the rush to get to the show not all of the Damascus parts were finished. Stay tuned for more and better pictures soon.

It wouldn't be SHOT show without some last minute projects on Sunday. We're very excited to be displaying our 1st Damascus DS-9 handgun at . I have personally be going for over 20 years and this my 1st handgun on display. It's always so humbling when you're there with all the major MFGs and seeing all the 2A companies at once. Back at it Santas helpers never rest. Starting another batch of RMR optic plates. We plan on doing the same style but for RMSc/K optic foot prints. Hope my anodizing guy is back up and running after Christmas soon.

To say the Damascus is kicking my ass would be an understatement. We bought a new 400 dollar custom drill we thought would fix 1 our issues. No it snapped that thing off on the first try. The other was just me not paying attention at the end of the day. Destroyed a frame and new mill bit. You got 2 choice sit in the corner and cry or grab another another and figure it out. I will figure this out
