🌲 🌲 Just got finished knocking out the first phase of this site prep in Travelers Rest. The team cleared the lot, hauled off the debris, and installed the silt fence in just a couple short days. Next we’ll knock out the rough grade so they can start on the foundation. 🌲 🌲

This job involved laying 120’ of 18” HDPE for a contactor that needed the existing pipe rerouted. We cut and plugged the old pipe in preparation for the new. Once we got the new basin in the ground and inverts grouted in we rolled onto the next one. The ole mini ex had a workout lifting the junction box but she got it knocked out no problem.

⛰️ ⛰️ Headed up to the mountains in Hendersonville for a couple days to refurbish a long driveway. First we made sure the drainage ditch was in good shape and installed a culvert pipe. The team put down almost 100 tons of asphalt millings and made a couple patches in the existing asphalt. Once the millings were rolled they looked as good as the asphalt. Finished it all off with sealcoating the existing asphalt. ⛰️ ⛰️

‼️ This lot for a future home was a challenging one after hitting endless groundwater and bad soil underneath the desired pad location. We encountered the poor soil while stripping the topsoil to prep for the future pad. Our team quickly pivoted and excavated the bad soil after pumping out groundwater. After finally hitting good soil 6' down we then raised the pad and promptly passed compaction testing. ‼️

Here are two pads we recently finished up. This lot had a couple large trees leaning in the road and over the neighbors house so we got them down safely before raising the pads. Once the trees were down the dirt moved quick and we got the pads done in just a few hours.
