Winter is coming quick, and with it comes heavy snow, ice, and that lovely freeze-thaw cycle that can really test a roof. Even little things like a lifted shingle or worn seal can turn into leaks once the snow starts melting.
This time of year, I spend a lot of my days helping homeowners get their roofs checked and, when needed, working with insurance to get things taken care of before the weather turns. It’s always better to catch issues now than deal with surprises in January.
If you’ve been putting off thinking about your roof, fall is the best window to get it looked at while the weather is still on our side. Feel free to call or text me anytime at (515) 330-8384
