Water Spots? Not On My Watch.

This beautiful countertop had heavy aged-in water spotting across the entire surface. Years of buildup had dulled the finish and taken away that natural shine.

We professionally buffed the surface down, removed the embedded spotting, and applied a fresh penetrating seal.

Swapped out an aging propane water heater for a brand-new 40-gallon propane unit and brought the entire setup up to current code for a clean, safe, long-lasting install.

This wasn’t just a simple tank swap. We handled all the critical upgrades that actually protect the home and the people in it:

✅ Proper venting and clearances
✅ Updated sediment trap and drip leg
✅ Seismic strapping where required

Right here we’re removing 22.6 cubic yards of rock out of a 2 ½ foot deep steel planter pressed tight against a luxury pool. Not your average backyard cleanup—this is a full-on endurance test of manpower, tools, and grit.

So I Rendered this porch enclosure and it’s coming to life
We are installing a track style screen porch enclosure with a storm door .
It’s gonna be pretty much identical to this rendering, I absolutely love this and can’t wait to see the complete layout and install !!
One more day and we will be done !!
