We have been incredibly busy finishing this 715 square foot renovation. All new siding. All new Mathers brothers casement windows. Spray foam insulation, all new layout. New bathroom, kitchen cabs. Stay tuned! This renovation is going to be beautiful.

I wasnt sure we would make this happen. That beam is 14 inches tall. 5¹/⁴ wide, 24 feet long. 23'11". @ 70lbs a foot i think it goes without saying that the team was skeptical that it could be done. (4 of us). With some help from the home owners son in law and the neighbors 30 footer 🤣 we got it done!

Putting the final touches on this 30x44 garage tomorrow. Its been a long time coming. What a great project. Great people! Great addition to the beautiful home! Shout out to Davis construction for the site work on this and CSR Concrete for all the foundation work.

Transformation. We pulled all the dated white/cream colored siding and put up new red siding. Went well against the white window accents.
