Ten years ago, Jeffer Johnson was pulling loads and loading trucks. Today he runs operations for one of our busiest locations.

That kind of growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens through showing up every single day, treating every customer like they're the most important person in the building, and earning the trust of everyone around you.

But if you ask the people who know Jeffer, the job title is just one part of the story. He's a football coach. A father. An uncle. A mentor who walks alongside young men from their first season all the way through college.

Eighty years of serving this community. That's something we're proud of every day.

But we also know none of it is possible without the sacrifice of the men and women who gave their lives so we could do what we love - supplying the materials, supporting the builders, and playing a small part in helping families find their place to call home.

This Memorial Day, we remember them. We honor them. And we're grateful.
