If a sports court fits your family’s lifestyle, it can become one of the most used spaces outside.

But you need to consider more than the court itself:

• Planting around the perimeter to help it feel connected to the rest of the landscape
• A nearby place for friends and family to watch
• Lighting that extends play into the evening

We are now walking the site with HNL Construction, reviewing details as construction moves forward.

There is still much to come, but it is exciting for a plan to feel real.

With the Utah Valley Parade of Homes starting this week, we’ve been thinking about one of our favorite projects from last year.

We still remember standing in the backyard at the end of the day watching the sun set, the water go still, and everything finally settling into place.
