Beehive Concrete Lifting

Beehive Concrete Lifting A $30K driveway replacement bid led me to discover polyfoam concrete lifting—raising sunken slabs in hours for far less.

I started Beehive Concrete Lifting to give Utah homeowners honest pricing, expert work, and a 2-year re-lift guarantee.

"Free inspection" can sound like "free sales pitch," so here's literally what happens:

1. We walk the slab and measure the gaps — where it's dropped and by how much.
2. We look for the cause: washout, poor compaction, downspouts, sprinklers.
3. We tell you if it's liftable. (Cracked-to-pieces or crumbling concrete isn't — and we'll say so.)
4. You get a written price on the spot. Most jobs run $1,000–$2,500.

Then it's your call, on your timeline. No deposit — you pay when the work's done.

People ask about the name.

The beehive is Utah's emblem for a reason — it stands for ordinary people doing steady, useful work. That's the whole ambition here. I'm Jordan, I live in Lehi, and Beehive Concrete Lifting is me: one owner who answers for every job.

No call center, no sales crew, no pressure. A free inspection, a written price, and a 2-year re-lift guarantee — we're insured, and there's no deposit: you pay when the work's done.

Honest answer to a question we get a lot: can the $15 foam cans from the hardware store lift concrete?

No — and I get why people try. That stuff is a gap filler. It's soft, it keeps expanding unpredictably, and it crushes under load. What we pump is a two-part structural polyurethane that sets up in minutes and is strong enough to support a slab with a truck parked on it.

Same word — foam. Completely different animal.

If you already tried the cans, no judgment. That's half the reason my phone rings. Free inspections: (801) 855-6804, answered 24/7. No deposit — you pay when the work's done.

August sprinkler check, two minutes, no tools:

Turn on each zone and watch where the water actually lands. Any head that sprays onto the driveway, walkway, or patio is doing two jobs badly — wasting water AND feeding it under the slab edge, where it slowly washes out the base your concrete sits on.

Rotating that head away from the concrete is genuinely the cheapest concrete protection there is. We'd rather you fix a sprinkler for free this year than need us next year.

Already seeing a gap or a dropped edge? That part doesn't fix itself: beehiveconcretelifting.com/driveway or (801) 855-6804 (answered 24/7). No deposit — you pay when the work's

Real numbers from a recent quote we wrote here in Utah County:

Replacing all the settled concrete on the property — driveway pad, patio, walkway, steps — was estimated around $17,000. Our quote to lift the same concrete with polyurethane foam: about $2,500.

Not every job has a gap that wide, and some concrete genuinely is past saving — cracked into pieces, crumbling, or poured wrong. The free inspection is where we tell you which one you have. If replacement really is the right answer, we'll say so.

What actually happens when you book a free inspection?

No sales theater. We walk the slabs with you, figure out where they've dropped and why (usually the base underneath, not the concrete), check where water is going, and measure what a lift would take.

Then you get a written price — the real number, not a teaser. What you do with it is up to you. If you book: no deposit, you pay when the work's done.

One month in — thanks for the follows, Utah County. (801) 855-6804, answered 24/7 — or request a quote at beehiveconcretelifting.com and we'll call you back the same business

Something we tell people at inspections that surprises them: foam lifting isn't right for every slab.

Concrete that's shattered into many small pieces, slabs on soil that's still actively moving, or concrete that's structurally failed — sometimes replacement really is the better answer, and we'll say so to your face. A method is only trustworthy if the people selling it will tell you when *not* to use it.

That's what the free inspection is: an honest read on your specific slab, with a written price if lifting makes sense — and a straight "I wouldn't lift this one" if it doesn't.

The lowest-effort way to get an answer about your concrete:

Take one photo of the slab that's bugging you and text it to (801) 855-6804. We'll tell you honestly whether it looks like a lifting candidate, roughly what jobs like it tend to involve, and whether it's worth a free inspection — or whether it's fine to leave alone. Sometimes the honest answer is "that's cosmetic, save your money." You'll get that answer too.

No form, no waiting on hold. Just a text.

The 2-minute driveway test, no ladder required:

Grab a tape measure and check the seam where your driveway meets the garage floor. Flush is what the builder intended. A quarter inch is worth watching. An inch or more means the base under that slab has settled — and it won't reverse on its own.

Do the same at the front walk where it meets the porch. Those two seams tell you most of what's happening underneath.

Find a number you don't love? The inspection is free, and you'll get a written price on the spot: (801) 855-6804 — answered 24/7.
