Property Docktors is looking for an experienced Crew Lead to join our team.
This is not a project manager position. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can work alongside the crew, delegate tasks, maintain quality, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Pay: $35–$45/hr dependent upon past experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor living
- Fluent in English and Spanish!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, landscape installation, and outdoor living projects
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations
- Manage and direct crew members
- Maintain quality and jobsite safety
- Train team members and solve problems in the field

We’re looking for someone who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Beautiful backyard transformation for an amazing client. This property had major drainage issues, poor soil conditions, and years of built-up material along the fence line.

Our team regraded the entire backyard, incorporated nutrient-rich compost, removed over 3 feet of excess soil buildup, and installed clean drainage stone with decorative river rock for long-term water management. We also added a new shed pad, custom garden bed, and finished everything off with fresh TifTuf Bermuda sod for a clean, healthy finish.
