When it comes to home improvements, the options can be overwhelming. So, let's talk basics...tape. One of the most seemingly easiest choices, can actually make or break your project! So how do you decide? Here are a few helpful tips! (This is not brand specific and can vary based on brand)
- The famous blue tape. Great for simple, straight forward jobs. Easy to use, less likely to cause damage to walls.
- Green tape. Slightly stronger than blue, highly regarded for moisture resistance making it the best choice for multi-colored projects.
- Light colored tape - yellow/purple. This is for delicate work such as already painted areas needing touch ups, wallpaper, or cabinet work.
- Orange tape. Stronger and sticky. Used for harsher bases such as metal or outdoors, holds better without the leftover residue.
