Cedar shake and hand-rolled copper roofing, wood lap siding, handmade bricks, and bluestone masonry come together to create a truly timeless design — one that will continue to develop character for generations to come.

Spring has arrived at our recently-completed equine estate — lush pastures, residential gardens, and the tree-lined creek blend seamlessly into the rolling Kentucky landscape.

By working closely with our partners and clients from day one, we were able to create an estate that responds to its surroundings as though it were a natural addition to the land.

The interior finishes bring warmth and depth to this family residence, layering colors and textures through artisanal-quality materials.

Brass fixtures, custom millwork, and rich patterns complement the classical architecture, creating a characteristic, yet timeless, style across every room.

Seven Stones.

This recently-completed custom estate melds modern living with the charm of classical Georgian architecture.

The main residence is surrounded by 280 acres of rolling central Kentucky landscape and features cedar shake roofing, wood lap siding, brick pavers, and bluestone patios. Handmade Bevolo gas lanterns, hand-rolled copper roofs, and artisanal interior millwork offer traditional touches.

From day one, this project was framed by a commitment to authenticity and durability. Every material, design, and construction technique was chosen to ensure a home that will continue to develop character and warmth for generations.

Hidden Gate Farm.

At this recently-completed equine estate, we planned and prepared for every detail from day one.

Working as a team with our architect, landscape designer, and clients allowed us to create a clear vision from the beginning — then execute that vision exactly to plan.

These architectural renderings are exactly what our client received, previewing everything from the pool house to the covering riding arena and the main residence. We pride ourselves on this commitment to ex*****on, in which our goal is to honor the original design in the highest fidelity possible.

Isenhour Restoration.

Recently we had the honor of participating in DeTours, Bluegrass Trust’s monthly architectural tour series and invited the public to tour the restoration.

We worked closely with longtime partners Gibson Taylor Thompson and Dovetail Design to reconstruct this midcentury design in a way that honored Isenhour’s vision while preparing the home to best serve the next several generations.
