I am now certified with NRPP as a Radon Measurement Professional. I set out on this endeavor to become as much of a one stop shop as possible for my clients!
Radon Testing can be done along with Home Inspections or independently.

Know what’s above get a Home Inspection. This Dryer vent is damaged and venting into the attic space. This an example of why PVC pipe is not recommended for venting dryer’s.

The high temperatures cause the material to become soft and brittle.
