❗️PNY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB BROKEN ❗️

Selling a PNY GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB as is for parts or repair.
The card came from a PC that experienced a suspected lightning related failure. The computer was fully diagnosed and works normally with a known good GPU installed.
This 4060 Ti currently has no display output and the fans do not spin. I have not attempted any board level repair on the card.
The card itself is physically in good condition as shown in the pictures.
This is NOT a working graphics card.
Sold strictly as is for someone who repairs GPUs, wants a project, or needs it for parts.
No returns due to the known failed condition.
