Last but not least, meet Dustin Thompson, our Project Manager, and the glue that holds our team together! Dustin’s passions run deep—he’s an avid hunter, loves being on the lake, and is a devout follower of Jesus Christ.

Before joining our home building and dock building companies, Dustin spent a decade dedicated to ministry, spreading love, hope, and faith to those in need. Armed with a heart full of compassion and a desire to serve, Dustin brings a perspective to our team that you probably wouldn’t have guessed.

Aside from his love for hunting and the lake, Dustin is also a passionate family man. He’s blessed with a loving wife, Michelle, and two precious gifts from above, son Leon and daughter Riley. Together, they form a tight-knit clan, bound by love, laughter, and unwavering faith.

As our project manager, Dustin brings more than just organizational skills to the table—he brings a spirit of compassion, and integrity guiding us with wisdom and grace every step of the way.

Introducing Cole Case, the other half of our dynamic duo and co-owner of our dock building company! Cole is not just your average builder—he’s a proud dad, follower of Jesus, outdoorsman, and a seasoned veteran with close to 20 years of experience in the power industry.

Before diving into the world of dock building, Cole honed his skills at the power company, where he learned the ins and outs of construction and maintenance. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for building things that last, Cole brings a unique perspective to our team.

Cole’s #1 passion is being a Dad. He finds joy in spending time with his son at the ball field, teaching him about living a life of faith, wetting lines, or simply enjoying each other’s company at home.

Meet Andy Young, the co-owner and fearless leader of our company! With 20+ years of experience as a custom home builder, Andy has mastered the art of creating dream homes around Lake Murray that are as breathtaking as the views themselves. After years of building everything but the dock, he decided it was time to do something about that.

When he’s not busy crafting architectural masterpieces, you can find Andy out in the wild, hunting or casting a line. He’s a true outdoorsman at heart, with a passion that’s only matched by his love for his family and savior Jesus Christ.

Andy is happily married to his rock, Heather, and together they have two adorable troublemakers, Davis and Ruby. Whether they’re exploring, reeling in big catches, or just chilling at home, Andy cherishes every moment spent with his family. As a devout believer, he considers Jesus Christ as his ultimate business partner. You’ll often catch him whispering a quick prayer before making any big decisions - after all, even the best laid plans could use a little divine intervention.
