SWIPE ➡️to see the before and afters on this kitchen remodel.

You know it's time for a remodel when your space no longer works for how you live.

This family needed a kitchen that felt open, met their storage needs, and was easier to move through day to day. The transformation is beautiful, but the real win is how much better this space will work for their everyday life.

A growing church needs space that can grow with it.

That’s what this project at Gospel Collective Church is all about.

This addition will create dedicated room for their church family to gather, connect, and continue serving their community. One of the biggest priorities has been making sure the new space feels like it has always belonged there, from the stonework to the overall flow of the building.

24,000 sq. ft.
60-foot ceilings.
Custom trim, doors, arches, paneling, and craftsmanship built to match the scale of something truly extraordinary.

Join Lucy Cox of Cox Interior, and Trey Schadt from Anderson & Rodgers Construction to tour the first floor of this magnificent Lexington estate. This Kentucky remodel is one of the most breathtaking projects we’ve been part of — where every detail matters, from massive custom doors to perfectly proportioned millwork throughout the home.

Still under construction… and already stunning.

Can’t wait to show the finished product. Part 2 coming soon!

Big homes are impressive.

But thoughtful homes are what people actually remember.

This Georgetown remodel is a great example of that. At 24,000 square feet, there are plenty of major features to talk about, but what makes this project special is how personal the design is to the homeowner.

They love being outside, so the home was designed to keep that connection everywhere possible. Balconies. Patios. Outdoor access from every bedroom.

That kind of detail may not be the first thing you notice in a photo, but it’s the kind of thing that changes how a home feels to live in.

And that’s really the goal.

Who doesn't love a big front porch?
This client loves being outside, so that became a major part of the remodel. Every bedroom has its own connection to the outdoors, whether that’s a balcony upstairs or patio access on the first floor.
At 24,000 square feet, this Georgetown project has a lot of impressive details, but the best ones are the features that make the home feel personal.
We can’t wait to show you more as it comes together.

We knew from the start Mt. Lawley Farms was going to be special.

What we love about this property is that every phase has had a bigger purpose behind it. It’s not just about remodeling a home or building an event barn. It’s about creating a place where people can gather, celebrate, slow down, and enjoy the land around them.

That’s what makes a project like this so rewarding to look back on. You get to see a vision turn into something real, piece by piece.

We’re grateful to be part of the story at Mt. Lawley Farms, and we can’t wait to see all the memories made here.

Be sure to check out their page and follow along with everything happening on the farm 🍒

Mt. Lawley Farms is one of the most unique properties we've ever worked on.

After first doing an expansive remodel of their home, we are now finishing phase two of this client's project ~ the event barn.

The barn will serve as a space for parties, gatherings, weddings, and everything in between. It's been so rewarding to be a part of this project and watch the client's vision come to life.

Check out Mt. Lawley Farms page to see how their sour cherry orchard is doing🍒

Had a great time with Longwood Antique Woods at the Kentucky 3-Day Event at the KY Horse Park!

After being part of projects like equine hospitals, barns, and other spaces built around Kentucky’s horse industry, it’s always cool to step back and enjoy events like this from the other side.

Kentucky’s equine community is something special, and we’re grateful for opportunities to build for it, support it, and celebrate it.

Thank you to Longwood Antique Woods for having us!

Growth looks different for every organization.
For some, it looks like more classrooms, more room for families, and more space to serve the next generation well.
That is what this project at Gospel Collective Church is really about. Not just adding square footage, but helping a growing church make room for the people already walking through its doors and the ones still to come.
The best projects usually start this way: with a real need, a clear purpose, and a plan that can grow in phases. This is phase one, with dedicated youth ministry classrooms taking shape now. Next comes the remodel of the existing interior so the whole facility can better support where this church is headed.
Buildings matter most when they support what is happening inside them.

Some projects matter because of how they look when they’re done... Others matter because of what they make possible.
This one is definitely the second.
What makes a facility like Kentucky Equine Hospital special is not just the building itself. It’s what it means for the vets, the staff, the clients, and the level of care that can happen inside it.
When a project is built around a real purpose, you feel that all the way through. The decisions get more intentional. The collaboration gets tighter. The details matter more because they’re supporting something bigger than just a finished product.
That’s what made this one so meaningful to be a part of.
Big thanks to CMW Architects & Engineers for this beautiful design.
