Onyx Walk-In Shower Installation with grab bars and solid framed seat to support one of my favorite clients and their needs as they get older. Updated with all new shower hardware after a Full Demo of existing cast iron tub and tile surround, removal of cast iron plumbing, raised and strengthened the floor with advantech subfloor and framing members, and refreshed with new pex plumbing and drain/shower valve. This Onyx shower is a custom fit, solid surface shower made of a very durable material and is available in several different color options, window jamming, niches, textured shower bases, etc. You can see the transformation from beginning to end by starting with the last picture moving to the first in this post

Just finished this Beautiful Greenhouse for some awesome clients of mine
*Description- 30 amp service from main panel ran underground feeding a subpanel inside the greenhouse with two 15 amp circuits and receptacles.
Leveling, 4x4 posts set in concrete with 4x12 perimeter beam foundation, reinforced with rebar. Drainable barrier under 3 tons of gravel, for non-slip traction and adequate draining capacity, framed with all pressure treated lumber to withstand high temperatures and finished with all polycarbonate paneling. Double stacked collar beams,4 roof vents with openers activated at climbing temperatures, and retracting as it cools, an automatic exhaust fan activated by high temperature indication and high humidity level to provide adequate ventilation with LED display and adjustable control of automatic or manual function, 4 lower manually openable windows, with tables running the length of the greenhouse on each side.
