Madewell Homes is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our custom home building team as a Part-Time Construction Site Assistant.

🔨 The job includes:

* Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
* Loading dumpsters and hauling off debris
* Running errands and picking up building supplies
* Helping with day-to-day construction site needs

✅ What we’re looking for:

* Dependable and punctual
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
* Organized and willing to learn

Part-time | W-2 employee | No experience required

Putting the final touches on this 3,300 sq ft ranch on an unfinished basement in the beautiful Equestrian Estates. It’s moving day for this wonderful family, as they return to KY after a few years in Las Vegas.

They made two trips to the home during the build process, with the rest of the project done from afar. Intentional communication, strategic planning, and attention to all the details made it possible. And all in under 8 months!
