The crew is controlling heavy hoses under pressure, shooting the shell, shaping walls and floors, carving steps and benches, and making sure every detail comes together while the material is still workable.

It’s hot, messy, physical work — and it takes a seriously skilled crew to make it look this smooth.

From steel and plumbing to a full concrete shell in one day.

This is one of the best transformations in the entire pool-building process.

Rebar day on our newest custom pool build!

Today we’re installing and tying the steel that creates the structural framework for the entire pool shell.

Every step matters when you’re building a pool that’s made to last. Next stop: getting this one ready for gunite!

We’re still in the excavation phase and should have the dig wrapped up today. From there, we’ll move right into stub plumbing and keep this project moving forward. 💪

There’s a lot that happens before a backyard starts looking like a finished pool, and this is where it all begins. We’ll keep sharing the progress as this one comes together!

Permits are in, we’re on-site, and another backyard transformation is officially underway.

The custom pool build is officially complete — and the WATER IS IN!

From excavation to gunite, tile, coping, decking, plaster, and finally startup, it’s been great watching this one come together.

We still have landscaping and the fence going in to finish out the entire backyard, but the pool itself is complete and ready to enjoy.

Nothing beats seeing that water go in for the first time.

Plaster yesterday. Acid wash today.

Today we’re acid washing the new plaster to remove surface residue and expose the aggregate underneath—helping bring out the color and create that clean, consistent finish you see once the pool is filled.

It’s one of those steps most homeowners never see, but it makes a difference in the finished product.

Plaster day!

This is one of the biggest transformation days of the entire pool build.

After weeks of excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, tile, coping, and decking, today we’re installing the interior finish that completely changes the look of this pool.

We’re getting VERY close to the finish line on this one.
