Homeowner trying to get their house put on the market ASAP and found an inexpensive slab door to replace a damaged one. We routed all the necessary hinge points, drilled for the door handle and latch, and everything fit perfectly on the first test fit (which is unusual). Did all the work in the trailer to keep the garage clean for showings that day. Ready for paint by the homeowner.

This homeowner was in a pickle. Another company was doing a large deck tear off and replacement to find some serious water infiltration and wood rot in a bad spot between an inside corner and a chimney of a two story home. Multiple jacks later, we replaced with a new pressure treated sill plate with gasket and lagged it to the existing cement wall. Then the new rim joist was installed with butyl rubber flashing tape, some conventional flashing for good measure and some fiber cement siding to ensure the new deck has a solid attachment point that sheds water.

Plywood floor to replace the rear hinged floor panel in the back of a 4 door jeep wrangler. Recessed notch so the jack access cover can be removed and an access door for the under floor storage. Attached to the jeep floor using the OEM cargo ring bolts and covered with truck bed liner. Nutserts installed underneath for solid attachment of the refrigerator slide mount.
