Plywood floor to replace the rear hinged floor panel in the back of a 4 door jeep wrangler. Recessed notch so the jack access cover can be removed and an access door for the under floor storage. Attached to the jeep floor using the OEM cargo ring bolts and covered with truck bed liner. Nutserts installed underneath for solid attachment of the refrigerator slide mount.

This home owner had a nice polyaspartic floor installed in his garage and wanted a way to wash the floor down to keep it clean. Last year we replaced his old, leaking double 40 gallon water heater system with a good quality single 50 gallon unit, added an expansion tank, and stubbed in a connection for a future faucet. We recently pulled a new Pex line through the floor and wall to finish the installation.

Did I mention we like to work on old cars too? It’s surprising how much wood was used in a 29’ Model A.
