Follow Up — Hardwood Ready
After full mechanical prep, we installed a moisture mitigation epoxy to lock down v***r and protect the investment. Once cured, we poured self-leveler to correct slab imperfections and deliver a flat, hardwood-ready surface. This ensures a substrate built to last.

Urethane wood adhesive removal done right.
Started with the Taylor Bronco ride-on scraper to remove hardwood and bulk glue.
Followed with the Lavina Elite + PCD tooling to fully open the concrete.
Finished with SASE BULL 110 HEPA vacs for true dust-controlled prep.
No chemicals. No shortcuts. No residue.
Now the slab is properly profiled and ready for a 2-part epoxy moisture mitigation system.

Floor demolition and concrete prep with full dust containment. We handled flooring removal using the Taylor Bronco ride-on scraper for efficient, controlled production. To speed removal and protect the slab, we used an HTS Chemical joint saw to precut the wood flooring, allowing for easier lift-out and cleaner results.

Good afternoon. We are looking for some day laborers for next week in the Rutherfordton area willing to shovel scraped up floor into a wheelbarrow and throw it into a dumpster. If you have experience in grinding that is a plus. Must have transportation. Must wear pants and boots. We will provide a hard hat and safety vest. Message me if you’re interested.
