This one got the full transformation.

Most of the time we don’t have to do a full removal we can extract the moisture and adhere directly to it. In this case it was really saturated so I wouldn’t proceed without removal. We took down 3 layers of old roof, installed a spray foam roofing system with a 40 mil fluid-applied fully monolithic membrane, cleaned up the brick, and finished it off with new seamless gutters and trim.

The customer didn’t just get a better looking building — they got a lifetime renewable warranty too.
