Fads. Don't blindly follow them! 5 - 10 years ago, rusted metal was a fad in some areas (certain builders still push it). This is what happens. (And be careful who you hire!) While it creates work for us who do re-sides, it's not good for the homeowner!

Teamed up with Crafted Construction on this house in Buffalo! Replaced the vinyl siding with Nichiha fiber cement siding. (Sorry, no before pictures)

Everyone likes to see the finished product, but what about the in-progress stage? Concrete footing, then fabric, drain tile, and clean rock behind the retaining wall. Give the wall a good base to sit on, get the water out before it causes damage, and the wall will last for years!
