C.W. Steadman LLC is filling the remaining spots on our 2026 outdoor schedule. If you’ve been putting off a concrete or masonry project, now is a great time to get it taken care of before winter.

Here’s a little photo dump of a project we completed on Lake Alexander!

This one solved two problems at once. We kept water away from the house while creating a level space to enjoy a campfire with an incredible view of the lake.

We started by excavating a trench for new drain tile and tying the downspouts into the drainage system to move water away from the foundation. Once the drainage was complete, we finished it off with a new concrete fire ring patio, giving the homeowners a beautiful spot to relax and take in the view.

Simple, functional, and built to last.

Stone veneer transformation!

The homeowner wanted to upgrade the look of their cabin by replacing the old stucco on the wood foundation with cultured stone. A simple change that made a huge difference in curb appeal.

Next up on this property: a custom fire ring and a water control system to help keep everything dry and looking its best. Stay tuned!

Here’s a little photo dump of a new driveway we tackled. We poured this one in two phases. The first phase included 20 feet of driveway along with the steps and backyard walkway. The second phase tied everything together and added another 40 feet of driveway.

In total, this project used about 23 yards of concrete!
