🇺🇸 ARKANSAS NATIONAL GUARDSMEN — NOEC CONSTRUCTION IS GROWING
As NOEC continues to grow into different divisions, we want to create opportunities for men and women of the Arkansas National Guard who are interested in learning a trade and building a career.
Whether you already have experience or you’re looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you.
Opportunities within NOEC include:
⚡ Utility Construction — Overhead & Underground
🚧 Directional Drilling / HDD
💧 Hydro Excavation / Vac Truck Operations
❄️ HVAC / Mechanical
⚡ Electrical
🌳 Right-of-Way / Vegetation Management
🏗️ Excavation & Civil Construction
🔧 Equipment Operation & Skilled Trades
⛈️ Storm Restoration
We understand what Guardsmen bring to the table — discipline, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and the ability to get the job done.
You don't have to know everything on day one. If you're willing to work, willing to learn, and want to build a career in the trades, there may be a place for you at NOEC.
We are proud to be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and as we grow, we want to help create opportunities for those who continue to serve.
🇺🇸 Serve your country. Build your trade. Build your future.
Interested Guardsmen can reach out to NOEC Construction to learn more about current and upcoming opportunities.
