Peak Companies is seeking an experienced, full-time Integrator to help guide our company through its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone capable of studying our current operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning company goals into organized, measurable action.

Key Responsibilities:

* Study and improve existing company operations
* Develop and implement expansion strategies
* Coordinate ex*****on across departments and service divisions
* Establish systems, procedures, and accountability measures
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial reporting
* Monitor expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance
* Translate ownership’s vision into clear operational plans
* Assign priorities and ensure projects are completed
* Track performance through measurable goals and reporting
* Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions
* Support hiring, training, and leadership development
* Help Peak Companies expand without sacrificing quality, profitability, or service standards

Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced in business operations, finance, project management, or company expansion
* Highly organized, analytical, and ex*****on-focused
* Comfortable managing people, priorities, deadlines, and budgets
* Capable of building systems—not simply maintaining existing ones
* Confident working directly with ownership and department leaders
* Able to make decisions, solve problems, and follow through independently
* Experience in construction, property maintenance, multifamily housing, janitorial services, or another service-based business is strongly preferred

This is not a traditional administrative position. We are seeking a strategic operator who can evaluate the company as a whole, create structure, strengthen financial controls, and ensure that plans are properly implemented.

This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling services, assisting customers, and delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction. Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred as we regularly assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record are required. Pay ranges from $14–$20 per hour, depending on experience, and includes opportunities for bonuses and paid time off (PTO).

PEAK Companies is seeking a motivated and skilled individual experienced in general construction, apartment maintenance, and property services.

Applicants should have experience with:
✔ Drywall, paint, patchwork & repairs
✔ Trim, cabinetry & vinyl flooring installation
✔ Power tools & general carpentry
✔ Lawn equipment, tractors/backhoes & machine operation
✔ Driving a truck & trailer when needed

This position includes responsibilities involving inspections, carpentry, machine operation, material deliveries, general labor, equipment support, and assisting field teams throughout daily operations.

⚠️ This position requires strong common sense, a true passion to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly, as this role reports directly to the owners of the company on a daily basis. One to two years of experience in general maintenance and construction is required.

💰 Compensation Range: $41,000 – $80,000 annually, dependent on experience, availability, ability to perform, adaptability, and overall skillset. Growth opportunities are available for individuals willing to learn, take on new challenges, and maintain high-quality standards.
