When we get a call about an air conditioner not working, the first thing we assess is the cleanliness of the unit. This is the #1 factor of why units break down. Getting regular maintenance and changing your filter is a must!

Dane is not only everyone's favorite plumber, he and his wife Lyndsi also have experience as squirrel rehabbers. His skills came in handy when he found this little baby on a jobsite a few weeks ago! Dane was able to contact a rescue group to come pick up the little fella and get him nursed back to health. Go Dane! 🐿
