-Build decks, covers, and other carpentry work as the lead.
-In charge all of the build process.
-Manages all materials and keeps positive accountability for all materials
-have truck and tools to build projects
-in charge of 1-3 guys to build projects
-4+ years experience
-knows how to read plans
-pay is firm to start non negotiable until after grace period of 30 days then will be reviewed on your job performance as knowledge for pay raise.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry. Specifics including: Residential wood framing and deck construction.
Must have own tools and know how to read a blueprint plan
Professional attitude
5 years of recent experience required, more is a plus
Valid drivers license with reliable personal vehicle.

Pay DOE with opportunity for growth and bonuses.
