We aren’t trying to change peoples minds, we want customers to know the difference between steel and PVC, both of these wells are the same depth, have the same amount of casing, and are on the same property. One gives an orange color as well as a nasty smell from the oils they use to cut the threads, the other doesn’t.

This customer called another company because they had no water in their home. That company told them they only had a couple of feet of water left and needed an entirely new well, leaving their cows high and dry. They were told by someone they knew to call us. We came out, inspected the well, diagnosed the problem, and brought water to their cows every day until we could get to the repair. We fixed the issue, and now they have plenty of water and excellent pressure.

This is what drives us to do what we do. This well cost somebody money and took a drillers time to install, all for what? Eventually all steel casing will corrode and leave you with casing/ drop pipe metal flakes and discolored water, choose PVC.

This is the benefit to a PVC well with a diaphragm tank, because galvanized does rust and put iron in the water.
