What started as a worn, sloped yard with runoff issues and little usable space is now a completely reimagined outdoor environment.

✨ Created privacy from neighbors
✨ Improved the entrance with fencing and a dry creek bed for proper water runoff
✨ Stabilized and upgraded the driveway area for better parking and access
✨ Built a new retaining wall to secure the upper driveway entrance
✨ Installed a paver patio with fire pit in the backyard
✨ Added fresh zoysia sod
✨ Brought in gorgeous black mulch and new plantings

From curb appeal… to function… to backyard enjoyment — this transformation changed how this entire property feels.

And that’s the part we love most.
