One of the best parts of this business is the relationships it creates over time.

Today took us to Lyons following yesterday's hailstorm, where we had the opportunity to help a longtime customer, Jerry Johnson. Our team has been fortunate to work with the Johnson family on several properties over the years, and it's always rewarding to be there when they need us.

While this storm wasn't on the scale of the memorable 2015 event, we did find hail damage on some roofs. It's a good reminder that every storm affects homes differently, and an experienced inspection can provide clarity before small issues become costly ones.

Today's storm brought reports of quarter-size to golf ball-size hail across portions of the Denver Metro, including Denver, Glendale, Cherry Creek, Edgewater, East Denver, Northwest Denver, areas near Chatfield Reservoir, and sections of the I-70 and I-25 corridors.

⚠️ Major storms often attract out-of-state storm chasers, unlicensed contractors, and unfortunately, scammers.

If someone knocks on your door immediately after a storm and pressures you to sign paperwork, make an insurance claim, or commit on the spot, take a step back and do your research.

A few reminders:

✅ Choose a local, established company with a proven track record in your community.

✅ Verify licensing, insurance, reviews, and references.

✅ Get clear documentation of any damage before making decisions.
