Attention Customers

With the recent hot weather, water moccasins (cottonmouths) and other snakes are becoming more active during the evening and nighttime hours. After long, hot days, snakes often leave shaded areas and water sources to hunt, cool off, and travel after sunset.

Please use extra caution when outdoors, especially:

* Around ponds, creeks, ditches, and drainage areas
* Near tall grass, brush piles, wood piles, and debris
* Around landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor walkways
* When walking pets after dark
* When entering poorly lit areas

Important Safety Tips

* Carry a flashlight when outside at night.
* Watch where you step and place your hands.

We remain vigilant while servicing properties, but we encourage all customers to stay aware of their surroundings during nighttime hours.
