Before & After 📸

Completed a 13,500 SF roof recovery in Tampa, FL. Removed all ballast rock, installed 2.2” GAF ISO mechanically attached to the metal deck, and finished with a 60 mil TPO system. Added new drainage scuppers and backed it with a 20-year GAF Diamond Pledge warranty.
