Meet the Crew:

Mike Wagler

Mike has been at BVR so many years we have lost count. He is a true original around here. Mike has a servants heart and is always willing to help when someone calls. He makes sure all our trucks and equipment is serviced and running. We also see him taking supplies to employees who needs something mid job quite often. He isn't worried about what it will gain him to help the next guy along. Mike also has a way of stirring up all kinds of chaos when he comes in the office. Minus the chaos we would be lost without him.

In Mike's free time he enjoys working his turkey farm and spending time with his family.

We are beyond thankful for what Mike does here.

Meet the Crew:

Clint Knepp

Clint joined the team here at BVR almost 1 year ago. Clint is production manager. He has lots of knowledge from over the years of managing and has taken this role and fulfilled it amazingly. Last month he was gone for a few weeks due to a family emergency and we realized just how much he covers around here. I often refer to Clint as the quietest with the most information. The #1 most heard phrase in our office is "go ask Clint". Clint has the "get it done" mindset and isn't afraid of a hard days work. He is a diplomatic person and he ties the office and production side of things together nicely. Clint can juggle so many different things and not break a sweat.

In Clint's free time he enjoys spending time with his family, grand babies, and fishing.

We are so thankful for Clint.

Meet the Crew:

Angel Zavala

Angel has been at BVR since 2024. He started as a Spray Foam Specialist. This summer he started training as a roofing foreman as well. Angel has a funny sense of humor and is good at making people laugh. He is a hard worker and isn't afraid to get dirty. Angel is hungry to learn new things and is always on the go. He is easy to approach and a go-with-the-flow kind of person. His easy going attitude paired with the desire to learn new things makes him a valuable part of the team.

Angel's hobbies include spending time with family and friends, doing handyman projects.

We are so thankful to have Angel on our team.

Myth Monday

“Hail doesn’t really damage flat commercial roofs.” ❌

Think again.

Hail damage on a commercial flat roof may not look like a giant hole or obvious tear. Impacts can leave indentations, fractures, surface damage, or compromised areas that aren’t easy to spot from the ground.

This photo is a great example of why a professional inspection matters. Hail can leave impact marks that tell a story, even when the roof still appears to be functioning normally.
