Hello friends and followers and for those who don't know me my name is nicko iam a floor guy but I also do alot if other stuff like for instance on this job here I had to remove half of this flooring cause the person who the owner hired. Didn't know much about flooring but I also hung all the doors u did baseboards and door and window trims install new vanity and mirror fix the closet doors it drops about two inches on left side and did hardware on cabinets this page suffers cause I have other pages here so look for me and follow me here thanks

Hi my name is Nicko and I been doing floors since 2003 refinishing and installation on this project the owner had hired someone but the guy didn't know what he was doing and installed a moisture barrier without cleaning or making sure subfloor was clean and most important level so I had to come in take out more then half and redo the floor and grind down the subfloor it I also did he's hung all his doors did he's baseboards and door trims install he's vanity fix he's closet that drop down on one side 2 inches

Yea iam back to doing what I love doing the most refinishing hardwood floors I think working for this company will be all positive even though I didn't install this floor it's OK helping to add the sealer and finish

Replace the door to a new opening to make room for a staircase that would be changing direction instead if going tours the back now it woukd be coming right up to front door

You know what vynil floors are very durable they are water proof and they are affordable take it from a pro advise if you're looking to getting a new floor and you have kids or pets you can't go wrong with vynil
